Infant Massage

Infant massage begins an intimate relationship between parents and their baby. It helps regulate the respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems, helps babies to relax and release accumulated tensions and induce sleep. Furthermore, it makes parents “feel good” when they are massaging their infants. It is appropriate for babies newborn to pre-crawling. This is a two-hour hands-on course in infant massage. It is appropriate for babies newborn to crawling. You will learn about the benefits of massage as well as step-by-step massage and relaxation techniques. You will receive handouts with the information you have learned in class so that you may refer to them at home. Special instructions: Please bring a towel or blanket for your baby.

  $35; $30 HVMA/HPHC discount

  Cancellation Policy:

  If you cancel 5 days prior to the class, your payment can be applied to the next available class. This will enable us to fill the slot with someone from the waiting list. There will be no refunds issued for cancellation within 5 days of the class. If we cancel a course due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund and will be notified 3 business days before the course begins.
