Adult Asthma Education
This course is for any adult who has been diagnosed with asthma. It will help you better understand the disease, its causes and treatment so that you may better control your asthma and maintain your desired activity level.
Instruction includes:
- identifying the triggers of your episodes,
- how to use a home peak flow meter and inhaler,
- a review of medications and how to develop a control plan.
This class meets once for 2½ hours.
Pre-registration is required.
