Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) Class

This class is designed for expectant parents who have had a Cesarean delivery and now are considering a vaginal birth experience. It will offer participants an opportunity to:

• Review the process of labor and delivery
• Learn about vaginal births after cesareans and the statistics regarding VBAC deliveries
• Share past birth experiences, concerns and expectations
• Learn coping techniques that will maximize the possibility of having a vaginal birth

Your instructor will inform you how to arrange for a tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum area of the hospital in which you will deliver.

Each couple will receive a packet of handouts on the presented material for future reference.

This course meets one evening for three hours.

  Cancellation Policy:

  If you cancel your registration for non-medical reasons, a partial refund will be given only if your space in class can be filled.

  If we cancel a course due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund and will be notified at least 2 weeks before the course begins.
