Caregiver Support Group

Are you caring for a loved one with an advanced illness such as heart and lung disease, cancer, kidney disease dementia or others? The Harvard Vanguard Supportive Medicine Team will be facilitating monthly support groups for caregivers of all ages. Either the caregiver or the patient should be a Harvard Vanguard patient. Participants will discuss issues such as planning and legal issues, caregiver burden and rewards, family relationships, spiritual concerns and medical approaches to care with their peers.
